Hi. I’m Megan.
Becoming a coach has been a big dream of mine.
A dream that grew out of my own journey of self-discovery and a deep passion for psychology, therapy, neuroscience, and mindfulness. Exploring alongside people as they uncover who they truly are, navigate life's transitions, and step boldly into the lives they're meant to live is an incredible honor.
I believe that transformation takes real courage. It asks us to show up with curiosity, honesty, and a willingness to be vulnerable and to learn. Holding space for others to explore, process, and move forward is where I shine and feel most present. I'm fascinated by what moves people, what holds them back, and what becomes possible when they change patterns and choose to grow. It's this fascination with the human experience that keeps me rooted in this work, and grounds me as a guide on other people's paths toward self-understanding.
Credentials & training.
I’m a Certified Professional Coach with an ACC credential from the International Coaching Federation (ICF) with over 160 hours of coaching education, training, and mentorship through iPEC. My training experience was expansive and deeply connective. It was rewarding not only for the depth of the work itself, but for the relationships I built along the way, ones I still cherish.
I'm also a certified swim instructor through Calm Within Adult Swim, a role that weaves together my love of the water with my passion for transformational coaching. There's something incredibly beautiful and moving about working with adults to heal past trauma and discomfort in the water, helping them find joy and confidence in their swimming journey.
Beyond coaching.
When I’m not coaching, in or out of the pool, you’ll find me enjoying a delicious meal, walking with my pup, Finn, connecting with friends, or dipping in the Salish Sea with my sweet community. I enjoy simple, yet rich experiences: getting outside to move my body, my morning coffee, traveling to new places, getting in the water, and having meaningful conversations.
I have a background in design, marketing, project management, creative directing, and customer service. I enjoy community building, volunteering, and partnering with creatives on projects. I’m on the ICF Washington Chapter Outreach Team and love connecting with other coaches.
Let’s work together.
Whether you're in the middle of a major life change or simply feeling the pull toward something that feels more connected to your true self, I show up as a steady and compassionate guide. I look forward to hearing your story, your thoughts, your beliefs, and being fully invested in your dreams and self-discovery.
