Hi! I’m Megan.

I guide people through a transformative process of self-discovery, helping them uncover the thoughts, beliefs, and patterns that no longer serve them and reconnect with what truly matters.

Coaching is a partnership.

Let’s connect and begin the exploration.

Coaching is a creative and collaborative partnership that invites openness, authenticity, willingness, and courage.

Come with your questions, dreams, worries, ideas, or the things keeping you stuck. We'll discuss what's on your mind, what you're hoping for, and what you're curious about.

Through thoughtful conversation, we’ll discover what you're looking to create, and whether coaching could be a meaningful and useful next step forward.

Hello there.ā€ ā€

I’m Megan Fournier. Coach. Facilitator. Instructor. Lifelong Learner & Water Baby.

My own journey of healing, growth, and following my passions in psychology, neuroscience, mindfulness, and self-discovery led me here. I'm fascinated by the human experience and learning how connected we all are through our shared stories.

Becoming a coach has been a dream of mine for over twenty years. Partnering with people as they navigate their own self-discovery, move through transitions, and work toward their goals feels like an incredible honor, every time. This work takes courage, curiosity, and a willingness to be vulnerable and honest. I'm endlessly grateful to walk that path alongside the people I work with.
